Innerlink Supportive Services - Prescott Program

Innerlink Supportive Services provides supportive outreach and follow-up services for homeless individuals between the ages of 17-21 years old.  The goals of the program are to alleviate homelessness and to assist homeless youth in their transition to an independent and stable life style.  The intent of the project is to assure that youth going into permanent housing from the Innerlink Transitional Living program have a continuum of care that includes assistance with job placement, job search, counseling, case management services, money management, transportation, furniture assistance and how to maintain a permanent housing site.
