Innerlink Transitional Living Program

The Innerlink Transitional Living Program (ITLP) is a voluntary program established to provide shelter care and supportive services for homeless individuals between the ages of 17 and 21 years of age. 

Housing services can be provided for a maximum of 18 months with a six month aftercare period following as the youth transitions into permanent housing.  Youth will be provided housing services in an eight bed facility located at 1110 Howard in the City of Saginaw, Michigan.  The facility can accommodate both single males and females.  ITLP operates with a license issued by the State of Michigan.
